To be honest, it’s been a real struggle bus lately 🤰🏻Third trimester morning sickness (is that a thing?!) constant uncomfort, irritability, indigestion like nobody’s business. Just total 💩 BUT even with all that, I won’t let it consume me. •
This morning 🌞 I woke up, listened to a couple Brendan Bouchard podcasts and put on my big girl panties and got my 30 minutes in (well, 25 for my prenatal workouts!) 🙌🏻
Did I feel better? I did 😬
Was I jumping with joy? 🤔 I Can’t currently jump but I was in a much better headspace than when I started, that’s for sure!
As a mom and wife, even when I’m not feeling it, I still have to show up. An ill mood spreads easily so it’s best to do the things that boost you up, to prevent everyone from feeling it. •
Even though it didn’t solve all my problems, I def had a better day because of those endorphins. If you’re feeling down, or super pregnant, maybe you just need to move your body a little bit! It won’t solve everything, but it’ll certainly help!
