BUT I Love this message from my friend, @jamielyntaylor. This was 100% me. I worried too much about the exercise, and didn’t spend enough time focusing on what and how to eat.
Changing up my lifestyle and incorporating nutritional cleansing has made life SO much easier for me!! I didn’t even realize the mental changes that were happening along the way. 👇🏻
I was always a 20/80 gal. Ya know focus 20% of the time on what I put into my mouth, my mind + my body while 80% of the time killing it in the gym regularly. For real like 6am gym gal even in college.
UM.... Minimal results. Honestly maintaining.
It wasn’t until I decided maintaining wasn’t my goal. Gaining lean muscle, shedding “fluff” and having a better relationship with my body + my mind was.
I also honestly didn’t even now where to begin.
Four years ago I committed to being a 80/20 gal. Why? Where you put your focus grows.
For real. Let that sink in. 🤯
Where you put your focus grows. If you’re killing it in the gym great! Always honor your body thru movement. But, don’t think for one second that working out a nutrient deficient diet is going to get you long term 👈 keyword results.
