Friday night pizza!
Starting to feel better after being a little under the weather the last couple days, and tonight, I was in the mood for pizza.
I started with a plain (fresh) cauliflower crust that I bought earlier this week, and added from there... chunky garden tomato sauce (Prego), then I (sauteed) shaved brussel sprouts (with olive oil, garlic and onion powder and a little Adobo), cut up a little piece of the egg bake I made a couple days ago, and a little prosciutto to top it off.
Baked the crust with the sauce at 410° for about 7 minutes, added toppings and put back in the oven for two minutes.
