So here's another quick and simple Shoulders & Biceps Workout. The pump is nasty 😈
1A. Seated shoulder press 5x10
B. Lateral/front raise 5x20
2A. Seated incline db curl 5x10
B. Seated incline bd curl with twist 5x10
C. Seated hammer curls 5x10
Rest 1 minute.

So I get questioned a lot on whether I want to eventually be a full time personal trainer or stay a mechanical engineer. For me, I think it’s VERY important to keep your hobbies separate from your job. Once the hobby of yours become your full time job, it can very easily not be something fun or things you look forward to anymore. .
I’ve always loved training/teaching people whether it was on exercise or in school. However I know that if I would turn it into my full time job, it wouldn’t be the same. I wouldn’t enjoy going to the gym as much as I do now. .
There are certainly days at work where I don’t enjoy it as much but that’s with all jobs in my opinion. 🤷🏻♀️I know there are people whose jobs and hobbies are the same thing and it works great for them! It’s really personal preference💖
