This morning was the first time in a very long time I actually slept in! I love what I do, and don’t mind waking early on Saturdays (or any other day) to meet with my beautiful clients. But every now and then we need to take some time off. Today is that day! I’m now having my tea, like every morning, (for energy and to get the fat burning started 💪🏻) and then I’m going to plan the week. I can’t believe we’re at the last week of the month again! We’ve got some exciting stuff going on this week. Very exciting training tomorrow, wellness evaluations, a corporate weight loss challenge and to top it all off a short trip to PE! But for today, my husband and I will spend the day in the nature.
