To feel good, you want to think your thoughts for the pleasure of the thought, not for the practical nature of the thought. You want to think your thought for the vibrational quality of the thought, not for the construction of the thought. Tend to your vibrational nature, not to your action nature. Be less physically focused and more non-physically, vibrationally focused. And with just a little focus, you can make that slight adjustment.
Find something that is pleasurable and then focus upon the pleasure of it a little longer and then a little longer, until it fills out into more and more detail. It's less about the action you are taking but rather finding the vibrationally basis of that and everything else will follow.
It is not your job to change anybody or to fix anybody and it is not even your job to change your mind about anybody - it is your job to choose the thoughts that allow your value to be open, to choose the thoughts that allow you to be in that receptive mode, to choose the thoughts that allow you to receive those impulses leading to what you have asked for, what is ready and waiting for you......
